Returns Policy

We do our best to ensure all our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Little Red However, occasionally customers may need to return an item.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Returns Process

Please send an email to, stating your order number, your name and the reason for the return. You will then receive an email (within 24 hours) with a Return Number that you need to include with your returned package.

Repack your parcel and take to the nearest post office and return it within 10 DAYS of purchase. Please make sure you retain your proof of postage receipt in case your parcel goes missing.



To receive a refund, Little Red Kiss needs to receive the return within 10 days of customers receiving their order. We will process the refund as soon as possible once we have received and checked returned goods*.

Condition of Goods

*Customers have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of goods whilst they are in their possession. If customers fail to comply with this obligation, we will not be able to process a refund.

Returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging, however they must be in a saleable condition with all sales tags attached.

Please note earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Please note any contact with perfumes, chemicals and cosmetics will cause discolouration of the metals. Please remove the item while in contact with water and please do avoid wearing perfume and body creams where the item could come into contact.

Sunlight and humidity can also affect the jewellery.

The best way to insure your product stays in the best condition would be to store the item in the bag provided on purchase. Please store in a dark cool place.

The metals will naturally tarnish over time but this is not a fault in the product.

We cannot be responsible for any damage due to negligence. Damage due to general wear and tear is at the owners responsibility.

Defective Goods

Where customers return goods believing they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and notify customers as soon as possible to confirm whether we can make the refund.

Refunds will be made using the same method originally used to pay for their goods.
